Our experience includes:

• Writing or reviewing policies. In the past we have put together policies for a schools undergoing transformations such as opening a boarding facility or opening a senior school.
• School inspections. Every inspection (both ISI and Ofsted) we have been involved with has resulted in an Outstanding rating.
• Staff development. We are expert at Lesson Observations (to an external audit level). We have participated in NQT programs.

We cater for any age range and have experience with most independent school types (including preparatory schools, boarding schools and day schools).
